A combination of nail prep and primer that hydrates and seals the nail bed creating a long lasting shine and protection which works to prevent chipping and tip wear. It also contains Benzophenone 3 – a UV absorber to prevent discoloration. Protects the nail plate and aids in polish adhesion.
