Directions: Weeks 1 and 2: start with a clean nail (no enamel).  Apply one coat daily and remove at the end of each week with a non-acetone remover. Weeks 3 and 4: Apply to a clean nail 3 times a week and remove at the end of each week. Thereafter use as a base coat under your favorite enamel and your nails will grow healthy and long!
